All orders placed on our website it will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from this timeline for shipping and delivery. To ensure prompt and secure delivery of your order, we collaborate exclusively with reputable courier services such as Blue Dart Xpress bees. During checkout, shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed based on your location and order specifications. Our goal is to dispatch each item in your order within the stipulated 5-7 working days. However, in certain instances, especially dependent on the serviceability of your area’s pin-code and the chosen mode of payment, processing may extend up to 7 working days. Please allow a full 7 working days before reaching out to our customer service team regarding the status of your economy delivery, as delivery times can vary and are approximate. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Orders completed after 4 pm will begin processing the following business day, effectively adding an additional working day to the delivery service. Similarly, orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will also have 1 extra working day added to the estimated delivery date. Each order can only be shipped to a single destination address specified during payment. If you need to ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders accordingly. While we strive to consolidate all items in a single shipment, this may not always be feasible due to product characteristics or availability. Rest assured; all shipments will include an invoice reflecting the purchase price to comply with Indian Tax Regulations. Cancellation Policy

Customers have the option to cancel items or entire orders that have not yet entered the shipping process by contacting our dedicated ARA NUTS customer support team. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will promptly send a confirmation message to the email address registered with your account. For successfully canceled orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the order placement. Please note, in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds cannot be facilitated through this method. The timeline for receiving your refund will vary depending on the payment method used for the order. Credit card refunds typically reflect within a few business days, while refunds to bank accounts may take longer due to interbank processing times. If your order has already been shipped, customers are advised to adhere to our established return policy for further assistance.
